Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead and develop the broadband sales team.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Telecommunications, ISP, or broadband services.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Experience managing sales teams and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree; technical qualifications are an added advantage.
