  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or other related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Hub/Logistics Manager in logistics, operations, supply chain management, e-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from operational and performance data.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and use of project management software/tools (added advantage).
  • Ability to drive change and implement process improvements in a diverse and rapidly changing environment
  • Have a strong analytical and execution mindset.
  • Likes wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing ambitious startup environment.
  • Great at training and general coordinating
  • Likes being hands-on and wants to get things done.
  • Experience in managing a large team.

  • The Hub Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Sendbox Hub network.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team to manage the operations of the hubs, the Associates, vendors, courier partners as well as general operational activities.
  • The end goal is to ensure the efficient functioning of the hub, meeting operational goals, and maintaining high standards of performance.

Duties

  • Process monitoring across all Sendbox and Franchise Hubs.
  • Fully in charge of onboarding, setup, management of interactions as well as resolution of issues as it concerns Sendbox Hubs and Franchise locations.
  • Oversee the handling, sorting, and movement of shipments to ensure accurate and timely processing while adhering to safety and shipping protocols end-to-end
  • Continuously review operational processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
  • Implement quality control measures to achieve key metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Issue Resolution Team to address inquiries, feedback and ensure an overall positive customer experience.
  • Manage, allocate resources and oversee inventory control processes of shipping materials and all hub-related purchases to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve vendor related issues.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the hub operations team, including recruitment, training etc.
  • Submit reports and summaries of hub activities.
  • Resolve conflict and issue escalations across all hubs.
  • Communicating goals and targets as well as operational changes to the hub operations team as advised by the management.
  • Monitoring team members’ KPIs, manage performance and motivating the team to perform optimally.
  • Care for the health, safety, and welfare of Hub Associates and report any anomalies to the People Operations team.
