  • Our client requires the services of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Management in formulating and articulating the Strategic plan for Sales growth, identifying revenue streams and alternative strategies.
  • Responsible for the promotion and institutionalisation of the firm as the premier Real Estate company in Nigeria and brand as top of mind brand in lifestyle real estate in Nigeria. To generate demand for all company real estate products, construction and hospitality services.
  • Responsible for formulating and preparation of the Company's Sales Targets as well as Marketing & Selling Expenses Budgets, driving Sales performance to achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets while Controlling the Marketing & Selling Expenses. 
  • Provide support, motivation and direction to the Sales staff and lead the Sales teams to execute marketing models and promotions to stimulate sales, and pursue new sales channels and partners for prompt delivery of Sales to achieve targets.
  • Complete documentation whilst complying with internal policies in selling real estate products, ensure compliance with contracts-of-sale by customers and liaise with Legal and Finance departments to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Finance functions to evolve Pricing strategy for real estate products, using Key Selling points such as quality, views, apartment floor height, location and other desirable features.
  • Conduct market research, control surveys and do competition analysis to identify customers’ requirements and loyalty, evaluate trends and build brand awareness to ensure that the Company’s real estate products are well designed and rightly priced for effective demand as market leading products.
