3-5 years experience as a hardware/electronics engineer

Rigorous Testing: Conduct hands-on testing of products and tools, identifying design gaps and recommending modifications to make our hardware even better.

Strategic Research: Analyse hardware specifications and market trends to determine the feasibility of new designs or modifications.

Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of repair processes and results to help us learn from every issue identified.

Collaborate: Work closely with technicians and other engineers to ensure our hardware strategy is aligned across the team.
