  • Conduct individualized career counseling sessions to assess students' goals, interests, and skills.
  • Offer guidance on suitable career paths within the IT industry based on market trends, industry demand, and individual aspirations
  • Assist students in developing personalized career plans, including educational pathways, certifications, and skill development initiatives.
  • Facilitating a smooth and comfortable enrollment process for IT students to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into their chosen course programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, including IT companies, recruiters, and professional organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to students and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, events, and campaigns to attract prospective students and enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent the institution at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand outreach and foster partnerships.
  • Delivering customer feedback to management for strategic consideration and action
