Description
- Supervise finishing works including tiling, painting, false ceiling, plastering, and screeding.
- Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site instructions.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor site progress.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper workmanship and material standards.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and project requirements.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry — mandatory.
- Must have hands-on experience in construction finishing works.
- Good knowledge of tiling, painting, false ceiling, and general finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and quality-control skills.
