Description
- HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline is preferred with 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction projects.
- Strong understanding of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Supervise furniture installation and fit-out activities on project sites.
- Coordinate installers, artisans, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure snag-free project delivery.
- Prepare daily site reports with photographs and progress updates.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Manage site materials, deliveries, and installations.
