BOAT (Blood and Oxygen Access Trust) is the nonprofit arm of LifeBank dedicated to ensuring that vulnerable patients have access to lifesaving blood, oxygen, and essential medical supplies, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is simple: no one should die because they cannot afford care.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Program Officer to support the implementation, monitoring, and impact measurement of BOAT programs in Lagos.

● Coordinate and support the implementation of BOAT programs across partner hospitals

● Monitor program activities and track performance indicators

● Collect, analyze, and report data to measure program impact

● Prepare timely reports for internal teams and stakeholders

● Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners

● Ensure compliance with program guidelines and quality standards

● Identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen program delivery
