5+ years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Bonus: Experience with software recruiting
Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent
Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced startup environment
Passion for building diverse teams & pipelines

Partner with the business across Africa to recruit and close the best talent out there who share our mission
Serve as a thought partner for our hiring managers to help them understand key information around talent pool, advertising strategy, interview plan, and more for new and recurring openings
Monitor important data insights across the entire recruiting funnel, from sourcing to close, and continuously adjust based on insights
Build and improve upon existing processes to ensure our recruiting processes are effective and efficient
Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the entire process
Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company
Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
