Sales Executive – HVAC Products & Accessories

Description
  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ sales experience within the HVAC accessories or building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of HVAC consumables, ducting accessories, insulation products, and related materials
  • Existing relationships within the HVAC industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell HVAC accessories and consumables including duct tapes, aluminium foil tapes, insulation materials, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, sealants, fasteners, and related products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, fabricators, consultants, OEMs, and project managers
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow up on ongoing and upcoming HVAC projects
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports
