Manage the end-to-end distribution and movement of batteries across MAX locations, hubs, and operational sites.
Maintain accurate records of battery receipts, transfers, allocations, deployments, returns, repairs, and disposals.
Reconcile physical battery counts with system records and financial/accounting records, identifying and resolving variances.
Monitor battery inventory levels, utilization, losses, damages, and stock movements, ensuring optimal availability across locations.
Establish and enforce controls around battery issuance, transfers, custody, returns, write-offs, and disposals to minimize losses and leakage.
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate accounting, valuation, and reporting of battery inventory and related transactions.
Conduct regular inventory counts and investigations into shortages, overages, and unexplained discrepancies.
Prepare periodic dashboards and management reports covering inventory position, distribution, utilization, variances, and financial exposure.
Develop and improve SOPs and processes for battery distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and accountability.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Technology teams to improve battery visibility and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve battery tracking, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
4–7 years’ experience in inventory management, accounting, asset management, supply chain, logistics, or a related function.
Strong experience in inventory reconciliation, financial controls, and data analysis.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of operational and financial data.
Experience in mobility, energy, battery operations, logistics, or another asset-intensive environment is an advantage.
