Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee the sales team in the region, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration and increase sales.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Regional Director.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and distribution activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
