Description
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against delivery documents to ensure quantity and quality accuracy.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification, accessibility, and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and material usage to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted operations.
- Notify relevant personnel when stock reaches reorder levels.
- Participate in periodic stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation exercises.
- Ensure daily updating of bin cards, stock records, and inventory management systems.
- Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) inventory principles where applicable
