Description
Qualifications & Experience
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification and proficiency in Advance Excel, ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- 5–8 years of experience in sales administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG sales operations and process improvement is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and performance analytics.
- Support the regional sales team by ensuring seamless administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate sales logistics, including order processing, stock availability, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement efficient sales support processes to improve productivity.
- Liaise with finance and supply chain teams to ensure proper invoicing, payment processing, and stock reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication between regional sales teams and the national sales administration office.
