  • We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Premium On-trade Manager to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales and growth of premium brands within the on-trade sector, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and other premium establishments.
  • This role is crucial in identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new accounts while ensuring optimal brand presence and consumer engagement in high-end market segments.

Duties

  • Carry out effective trade operations for on-trade accounts to achieve customer and consumer goals outlined in the cycle plan.
  • Negotiate prime retail locations to enhance brand visibility and Point of Sale presence as per the Trade Depot's communication strategy guidelines.
  • Execute activations targeting premium accounts according to the agreed-upon business or account-specific activity calendar.
  • Establish and follow a clearly outlined work schedule and route plan in alignment with managerial directives.
  • Engage actively in business development initiatives such as trade incentive programs and internal brand awareness campaigns.
  • Attend all approved training sessions and demonstrate practical application of acquired knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial policies and contractual agreements with accounts as per predetermined standards, including implementation and oversight.
