Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing communication, coordinating diaries, management of the entire office.
- Additionally, the Executive Personal Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Duties
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Organise and supervise other office activities (facility and maintenance activities, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Protocol functions; Immigration (immigration returns, CERPAC card, etc) and flight booking either with agencies or online booking)
- Maintain executive team diaries daily taking a proactive and responsive approach to make decisions and judgements so that executive team members can fulfil all commitments and focus on strategic priorities.
- Manage executive-level domestic and global travel arrangements and processing related expenses to ensure these are in line with company policies and are completed in a timely manner.
