As we continue expanding our footprint, we’re seeking a finance professional who can bring precision, insight, and leadership to our team.

Responsibilities

Ensure integrity of financial transactions and compliance with all relevant policies, guidelines and procedures for all corporate financial reporting.

Collaborating with the Finance Manager to develop detailed and cost-effective annual budgets for VAAL Real Estate.

Enter all transactions relating to company operations onto the finance system in a timely manner.

Performing senior accounting duties for the organization.

Reconcile all company balance sheet accounts, trial balance and income statements every month.

Preparing cost analysis by interpreting VAAL Real Estate financial data and information.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, strategies and plans.

Reconciliation of account payables and receivables on a timely basis.

Post payments and receipts on a daily basis.

Validation and verification of payments for accuracy and accountability.

Reconcile bank account statements on a timely basis.

Responsible for corporate costing and contractual accounts.

Timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Finance Manager.

Undertake such other financial management responsibilities as may be required from time to time.
