Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field (essential).
Additional certifications in Sales, Credit Management, or Leadership are an added advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in financial services, microfinance, or car logbook loan sales.
Proven track record of recruiting, training, and supervising field sales teams.
Experience in loan processing workflows, credit analysis, and portfolio management is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of car logbook loans, sales cycles, and loan processing procedures.
Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment, repayment follow-up, and portfolio quality management.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and people management abilities, especially in handling a distributed field team.
Ability to resolve conflicts, handle customer complaints, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
