- Previous experience with catering / hospitality industry minimum of 2 years.
- Previous experience with the airline industry.
- Experience with menu designing.
- Knowledge and understanding of catering and food supplies.
- Able to work independently, yet excellent team player.
- Good communicator.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Results oriented.
- Customer oriented.
- Mature, professional attitude and personality.
- Committed and loyal to the company.
- Open to suggestions, able and willing to adapt or learn.
Responsibilities

- Experience with menu designing.
- Knowledge and understanding of catering and food supplies.

- Liaises with customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought in time.
- Ensures that menu specification are adhered to on daily basis as per customer’s requirements, any deviations to be reported immediately to Bakery Supervisor for rectification.
- Ensures that HACCP safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are adhered to at all times in the section.
- Ensures that all food items are color coded appropriately.
- Ensures that he/she handles any emergencies as they may arise in other sections i.e cold, hot and also from projects.
- Ensures that food items produced are of good quality at all times.
