Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.

• You are a strong networker & relationship builder

• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments


• Acquiring and managing relationships with a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNWIs).

• Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation and other traditional and alternative investments.

• Working closely with investment advisory as well as compliance and execution teams to optimise client relationships and service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

• Conducting regular business travel to meet existing clients as well as to prospect new business.

• Providing operations support to the retail bank.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service levels.

• Providing operational support for the smooth implementation of new products and services.

• Working closely with risk and the internal audit teams to ensure that the necessary controls are in place.

• Ensuring operations are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
