We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join Next Production Limited, a brand of Next Media Group. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of production services, including video production, event coverage, content creation, and other creative solutions. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, understand client objectives, and develop tailored proposals that deliver value while contributing to the growth of Next Productions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the media, advertising, production, or creative industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sell advertising slots and sponsorship packages on Sanyuka TV to businesses and organizations.
  • Meet with clients to understand their marketing and communication objectives and recommend tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial pitches.
  • Negotiate advertising and sponsorship agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with programming, production, and marketing teams to deliver effective client campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, client database, and regular sales reports.
  • Monitor television, media, and advertising trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Represent Sanyuka TV at client meetings, networking engagements, and industry events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
