Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end airfreight file processing, including creation, documentation verification, and coordination of all operational stakeholders in line with SOPs.
- They ensure continuous tracking of shipments, timely client communication, and execution of key milestones from origin to delivery while maintaining system accuracy.
- Additionally, they monitor costs, margins and compliance, escalating issues and ensuring efficient, KPI-driven service delivery.
