Cocktail Creation: Develop and execute a diverse range of cocktail recipes that showcase creativity, flavour balance, and quality ingredients.
Menu Development: Collaborate with management to design and update cocktail menus, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and the overall brand concept.
Ingredient Procurement: Source high-quality ingredients, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and specialty items, to maintain consistency and elevate the cocktail experience.
Beverage Presentation: Pay meticulous attention to detail when preparing and presenting cocktails, focusing on aesthetics, garnishing techniques, and glassware selection.
Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
