To oversee the company's overall administration functions, which includes working with senior management to make operational improvements and human resource functions with focus on onboarding and staff welfare using existing HR systems.


Requirements

8 to 10 years' relevant work experience in procurement with a reputable organization.

• Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Inventory Management, Operations and Public Health or any other related field.

• A first-level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and Six (6) years of additional experience related to the position may be accepted in which includes working with senior management to make operational improvements and human resource functions with focus on onboarding and staff welfare using existing HR systems.


Responsibilities
To oversee the company's overall administration functions, which includes working with senior management to make operational improvements and human resource functions with focus on onboarding and staff welfare using existing HR systems.


Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Inventory Management, Operations and Public Health or any other related field.

• Provide support to departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.

• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.

• Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.

• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners.

• Ensuring that company brand guidelines are followed for all forms of communication.

• Manage company’s Corporate Social Responsibility.

• Provide support in hiring decisions, including scheduling job interviews, contact candidates as needed and conduct background checks on potential employees.

• Ensure the safety of personnel and property of Medical Access.

• Create and maintain a diverse network of contacts on behalf of the Executive Office.

• Maintain an efficient central filling system and manage filing of office documents for both hard and electronic copies.

• Make travel logistics arrangements including processing of visas, flights reservations, hotel booking and airport transfers for staffs and per-diem requisitions.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be allocated from time to time.
