Requirements

  1. 2–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Support)
  2. Background in Computer Science, IT, Business computing or related field
  3. Experience working with ERP platforms and cloud-based systems
  4. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic system architecture
  5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
  6. Strong interpersonal and client management skills


Responsibilities
  1. Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
  2. Configure and customize the Adminie platform based on client needs
  3. Support integrations with third-party systems (e.g.,Quickbooks, Microsoft Business Central, APIs)
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  5. Train users and administrators on system usage
  6. Monitor system usage and proactively identify adoption gaps
  7. Collaborate with Account Managers to support renewals and expansions
  8. Work with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements
  9. Maintain documentation, FAQs, and technical guides for clients
