Diploma in Public Health Nursing2Under graduate
Advanced Diploma in Public Health
Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
At least three (3) years’ experience at the level of Nursing Officer.
- Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills, high integrity and a community service ethic.

At least three (3) years’ experience at the level of Nursing Officer.
- Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills, high integrity and a community service ethic.
- Coordinate the provision of technical support related to Public Health Nursing to the Referral Hospitals and Districts.
- Monitor implementation of policy on public health nursing.
- Promote equitable deployment of public health nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals
- Monitor the performance of Public Health Nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals.
- Participate in the Ministry quality assurance programmes.
- Develop work plans and budgets.
- Monitor implementation of standards and guidelines relate to public health nursing.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
