Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Science / Commercial)
  • Project management approach such as PMI, Prince II or PMBOK

Work Experience

  • 2 years experience
  • 1 year IT project management experience and a sound understanding of ITIL standards and best practice within operational environments.
  • Experience with a reputable organization


Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring that all projects are executed in line with established project management guidelines and processes.
  • Support the implementation of project activities as per the approved scope from MTN Group.
  • Participate in product and service steering committee (SteerCo) meetings to provide progress updates and capture action points for follow‑up.
  • Prepare and submit routine project progress updates and reports as required by the business.
  • Track project timelines to ensure that activities are executed within approved schedules and quality expectations.
  • Support the handover process of completed project components to respective internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project timelines, including interdependencies across activities.
  • Ensure all assigned project tasks follow customer‑centricity guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support in managing project contracts and procurement documentation.
  • Monitor and escalate project risks to the Project Manager for intervention.
