Education and Experience
- Minimum: Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, IT Security, or Risk Management.
Experience:
- 5–8 years in security, compliance, or risk management
- Experience in high-security or regulated environments preferred
- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security procedures
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Security & Risk Management – Implement and monitor security controls across VAC operations.
- Incident Management – Handle investigations, security incidents, and risk reporting.
- Compliance & Audit – Ensure compliance with embassy, data privacy, and security standards.
- Security Monitoring – Oversee CCTV, access controls, and restricted areas to prevent security breaches.
- Training & Awareness – Conduct security training and promote a strong security culture.
