Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • The applicant for the role should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree Education, Child Development, Social Work, Educational Psychology, or related field.

  • Training in Child protection and safeguarding is an added advantage.
  • At least 4-5 years experience in in education programs, child development, or child focused community work.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Supervise the implementation of programme plans for effective service delivery.

  • 2. Coordinate the enrolment of children into suitable partner schools in alignment with the Watoto values and mission.

  • 3. Coordinate access to quality education for all supported children.

    4. Monitor academic progress and support interventions to improve learning outcomes.

  • 5. Support in the design of the case management process for mothers and children.
