Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel IT Manager to join our team. As a Hotel IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and infrastructure within our hotel. You will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of all technology assets and providing technical support to our staff and guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel technology systems, including PMS, RMS, POS, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hotel technology
