Requirements
• A Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the sales and marketing field preferably from a Steel Manufacturing company
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent course from recognized university.
• Training in business related field
• Good interpersonal skill and Computer Knowledge is essential.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• Ensure that customers have been served excellently from the time of getting the order to the time of dispatch.
• Quote prices by use of price list, credit or contract terms, and delivery dates.
• Issue invoices and delivery notes for customers.
• Follow up on customer production orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Convert all potential prospects from walk in customers to sales.
• Receive, record and forward customer complaints to management for corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship hence maintaining documentation to track customer requests and inquiries.
• Receive sales orders from customers, confirm payment status and log in for production and delivery.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their orders and availability of material thereby liaising with production teams on timelines to achieve the delivery.
• Ensure speedy loading and delivery of customer orders by liaising with materials and dispatch team.
• Follow up with Finance/Accounts for timely updates, funds confirmation and receipting as per requests sent.
• Generate and share constructive ideas that may lead to improvement in the ordering process.
• Follow up with the customers in case they are no longer coming to buy.
• Share the payment details made by clients with accounts department to confirm the receipt of the same.
• Any other responsibilities assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.
