Requirements  
  • A minimum period of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, f ive (5) years of which should be in a supervisory position;
  • Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Agribusiness, Agronomy, Agriculture, Marketing or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Agribusiness, Agronomy, Agriculture, Marketing or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Membership with relevant professional body where applicable;

  • Certificate in a Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;

  • Proficiency in Computer applications; and

  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

  • Applicants with indepth understanding in the coffee value chain and agronomy experience is an added advantage.
