Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations across petroleum products marketing, waste management, pollution control, haulage, and marine services.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Nigerian and international environmental, health, and safety standards, particularly in waste management and petroleum operations.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiency across all business units.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for expansion in petroleum supply, environmental consultancy, and marine logistics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years experience in Oil & Gas, waste management, or environmental consultancy, with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
Strong understanding of petroleum marketing, pollution control technologies, marine logistics, and Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex operations, and deliver results in challenging environments.
