Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas companies, government agencies, and international partners.
TDU Operations: Promote and oversee the deployment of thermal desorption technology for petroleum and industrial waste treatment.
Marine Services: Expand marine haulage, offshore support, and pollution control services.
Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate contracts, joint ventures, and collaborations to enhance service delivery.
Revenue Growth: Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and bids to secure profitable contracts.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian environmental laws, marine regulations, and international standards.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in waste management and marine logistics.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
7–10 years’ experience in business development within oil & gas, marine logistics, or waste management.
Strong knowledge of petroleum marketing, pollution control, and environmental consultancy.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, client management, and revenue generation.
Familiarity with Nigerian oil & gas regulations and international marine standards.
