The Procurement Manager will be a great addition to the Finance team to ensure seamless processing of procurement requests.

The Procurement Manager will be a great addition to the Finance team to ensure seamless processing of procurement requests.
High-Level Responsibilities
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement processes and procedures, as well as maintaining vendor relationships, sourcing, and negotiations.
Specific Responsibilities
- Overall incharge of end-to-end procurement processes
- Implement bids and awards processes
- Maintain vendor relationships, data and report
- Overall incharge of vendor sourcing and negotiation
- Implement strict compliance of supplier code-of-conduct
- Implement reasonable SLAs and KPIs to respective vendors
- Implement procurement tool for small to medium business enterprises
- Provide monthly reporting for procurement progress
About You
- With 5 years of experience of procurement team management
- Handled a team of procurement professionals
- Preferrably, from IT or BPO company
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High integrity
- With experience in a startup environment
- A police clearance is required for successful candidates and should be readily available once identified for the role
