As part of our rapid expansion, we are implementing a fully integrated Zoho Enterprise Operating System to manage our entire business ecosystem.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Zoho ERP & Systems Implementation Consultant to work full-time from our Nairobi office for an intensive two-week implementation project.

Your role is to design, configure and deploy a complete Zoho ecosystem that will become the operational backbone of MMT Alliance.

This is not a basic CRM setup. We require someone capable of designing an enterprise-grade workflow that integrates project delivery, procurement, finance, HR, document control and executive reporting.

Scope of Work

You will design and implement the complete MMT Alliance operating system using Zoho One, including:

Zoho CRM

Company Register (50+ Contracting Companies)

Automatic Project Creation upon Contract Award

Site Operations

Configure:

Project Accounting
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
VAT
PAYE
Corporate Tax
Cash Flow
Budgeting

Zoho Inventory

Configure:

Procurement Workflow
Purchase Orders
Materials Management
Warehouse
Supplier Management

Key Deliverables

At the completion of the engagement, the consultant will deliver:

Fully configured Zoho ecosystem
Integrated workflow across all Zoho applications
Automated project lifecycle from tender to project close-out
User permissions and approval hierarchy
Standard dashboards and reports
Workflow automations
Basic user training for the MMT Alliance team
System documentation and handover
