Description
The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for contacting and assisting patients who show interest in our services. This role focuses on answering inquiries, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments.
Main Responsibilities (Simplified)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat messages from patients.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads to encourage them to schedule an appointment.
- Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments.
- Work daily in the LeadLoop CRM to update and track patient information.
- Schedule new patient appointments accurately.
- Complete basic insurance verification (commercial, Medicare, workers' comp preferred).
