Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience in at least two or more HR functions (e.g., staffing, performance management, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, compliance, training, or payroll).
Two (2) years of administrative experience, including document control and record-keeping.
One (1) year of experience working with a multi-national workforce with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and to address employee needs effectively.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong critical thinking, report development, and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical and administrative support for employee lifecycle processes, including:
New hire actions
Transfers
Promotions
Terminations
Demobilizations
Process and maintain personnel action forms and employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
Create, organize, and maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
Support HR documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
Provide guidance regarding company procedures, workplace expectations, and conflict resolution processes.
Assist with employee relations investigations by:
Gathering information
Documenting findings
Maintaining investigation records
Supporting follow-up actions
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on respect, teamwork, and professionalism.
Support workforce planning activities and organizational staffing needs.
Maintain knowledge of HR policies and communicate requirements clearly to an international workforce.
Schedule and coordinate employee training programs.
Develop and monitor HR metrics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for employee programs and initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Support implantation of HR process improvements in coordination with leadership and stakeholders.
Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives assigned by the HR manager or leadership team.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.
