Qualifications & Experience
Academic: University Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology or any other related field from an accredited institution
Professional: Professional Qualification and/or Postgraduate Diploma in relevant field e.g. Human Resource, Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology
Experience: 1-2 years working experience in an HR environment of an FMCG company
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support in recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
- Ensure efficiency of the transactional human resources responsibilities (payroll administration, candidate background checks, drafting various HR correspondences, handling onboarding and exit procedures etc.).
- Administer MPL welfare schemes and processing required documentation for enrollments and terminations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to staff training and development programs.
- Coordinate the logistical requirements for various staff engagements, events and projects.
- As a safety representative; coordinate safety trainings, assist with safety audits and facilitate compliance with standards while maintaining records.
- Maintaining and updating staff records by ensuring comprehensive information storage, retrieval through scanning and uploading of all hard copy staff correspondences to the HR system folder.
- Conduct new employee orientation to ensure new hires gain insights and are easily assimilated into the Nation Media Group culture.
