We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on-site in Kenya. This position supports end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple departments.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment background who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For🔹 Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Strong written and spoken English with clear, neutral accent (client-facing exposure)
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Stable work history and long-term mindset

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Background in Talent Acquisition or HR
  • Familiarity with ATS systems
  • Exposure to international recruitment environments

Responsibilities

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
  • Assist with administrative recruitment tasks (interview coordination, communications, documentation)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring proce
