Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP Finalist
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate onboarding and staff training programs
- Support development and implementation of HR policies
- Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in performance management and appraisals
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
