🔹 Requirements & Skills

✔️ 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition

✔️ Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently

✔️ Strong research, sourcing, and passive candidate outreach skills

✔️ Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)

✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills

✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

✔️ Experience sourcing high‑volume or specialized roles

✔️ Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and recurring roles

✅ Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and niche platforms

✅ Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest

✅ Maintain a well‑organized database of active and passive candidates

✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

✅ Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline updates

✅ Develop innovative sourcing strategies and stay up to date on market trends
