Description
- Develop and deliver structured clinical training and competency-based programmes for nursing staff.
- Conduct skills assessments, clinical competency evaluations, orientation, and continuing professional development activities.
- Identify nursing knowledge and competency gaps and develop targeted interventions.
- Develop and review clinical guidelines, training materials, and educational resources.
- Support accreditation, clinical audits, quality improvement, and evidence-based nursing practice across the hospital.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse with relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree and recognised nursing education qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ clinical nursing experience, with substantial experience in nursing education or clinical leadership.
- Proven experience developing and facilitating clinical training programmes.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient safety, clinical governance, and competency assessment.
- Excellent teaching, mentoring, communication, and leadership skills.
