1 year of satisfactory experience as a server in a full-service restaurant or club environment.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse set of customers and provide excellent service with tact and diplomacy.
Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and relay orders to kitchen and bar staff effectively.
Must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain all required training and certifications, including CPR/AED, First Aid, Food Safety and Sanitation, Alcohol Server Intervention (if applicable), and Customer Service training, with annual recertification as required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with food service presentation and cleanliness standards.
Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
Passport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
Job Responsibilities:
Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Anticipate customer needs, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain composure and demonstrate tact while handling difficult or unpleasant situations with diplomacy.
Complete all required training and certifications necessary to perform assigned duties safely, effectively, and in compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain compliance with all food and beverage service safety standards and operational guidelines.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Set up tables with appropriate linens, silverware, and glassware as required.
Assist with end-of-shift duties, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
Work collaboratively with other wait staff, kitchen personnel, and supervisors to create a smooth and efficient workflow.
Offer support to teammates during busy or challenging shifts to ensure service standards are met.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position
