Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market share across industrial, commercial, and marine sectors.
Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and environmental consultancy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian petroleum marketing regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
7–10 years’ experience in petroleum marketing, business development within the oil & gas space.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian downstream petroleum sector.
Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with environmental consultancy and pollution control is an added advantage.
