We are Kenya’s leading skincare brands, offering personalised skincare solutions designed to enhance confidence and overall well-being.

About the role:

The Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth across retail and digital channels by developing data-driven campaigns, managing customer journeys, and optimising marketing performance.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of key marketing KPIs, budgeting and forecasting skills, and experience in retail or FMCG environments.

The ideal candidate understands both in-store and digital route-to-market channels and can translate insights into profitable growth strategies.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial & Financial Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets aligned to sales targets.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting.

  • Track campaign performance and measure ROI.

  • Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ensure it supports long-term profitability.

  • Understand and apply Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) insights to marketing strategy.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both retail stores and digital platforms.

  • Drive in-store promotions and activations to increase footfall and sales.

  • Develop data-driven digital campaigns to grow online revenue.

  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.

3. E-Commerce Growth

  • Use e-commerce data to guide campaign decisions.

  • Improve online sales through targeted acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing supports online conversion and repeat purchases.

4. CRM & Customer Experience

  • Manage and optimise CRM systems.

  • Develop customer journey maps to improve engagement and retention.

  • Create lifecycle marketing campaigns (acquisition, retention, reactivation).

  • Use customer data to personalise communication and improve customer experience.

5. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, retail partners, and agencies.

  • Collaborate across departments to align marketing with overall business goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in marketing. (Link to Portfolio highly encouraged)

  • Experience in retail or FMCG is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, ROI, CAC, and CLV.

  • Proven experience managing both retail and digital campaigns.

  • Solid CRM management and customer journey mapping experience.

  • Commercially driven with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
