Description
Education:
- Completion of University Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical/Electronical Engineering or in related functional area.
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in training;
- Demonstrated excellence in capacity strengthening initiatives;
- Experience in Fleet management, Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scoping missions in selected countries and identify needs and gaps across Global Fleet workforce and operations.
- Advise stakeholders in selected countries in designing and executing capacity strengthening activities for TTC training topics
- Prepare and deliver training on fleet management, workshop management, driver training and overall HGV/LV maintenance (preventive maintenance, diagnostic procedure..)
- Contribute to the development of training content closely with relevant stakeholders and support the implementation of activities
- Provide continuous coaching and technical advice to stakeholders to enable successful implementation of capacity strengthening activities
- Prepare reports timely on the delivery and impact of the training and related activities.
