HND/B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in offshore warehouse/material coordination, preferably on
FPSOs or offshore platforms.
Proficiency in SAP-MM (Materials Management) and warehouse management systems.
Certification in offshore safety (BOSIET/OSP) is required.
Strong understanding of offshore logistics, material traceability, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and control using our ERP system (SAP).
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate logistics for offshore deliveries and shipments, often involving helicopters or supply vessels.
Compile and maintain manual or SAP records of material inventory status or locations of materials.
Work Regularly with the Procurement team i.e. Buyers, Inventory analyst and Expediters to maintain accurate inventory level i.e. min/max and reorder level.
Monitor Regularly and review slow moving stock and call for end users review to validate.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of material received and carry out GR (goods receipt) to prevent stock in transit.
Ensure Direct Charge materials are received and dispatched to the end-users and ensure proper documentation.
Check SAP daily to print out all request and hand over to Warehouse Assistant to pick.
Ensure GI (goods issue) is done for reservations that have been confirmed by Warehouse Assistant.
Ensure Warehouse Assistant follows through on entering reservations on manual register and making sure Picklist and delivery notes are sign-off.
Ensure Basic Preservation is executed for maintenance spares by Warehouse Assistant and confirm.
Request for Specialized Preservation of materials when necessary.
