About FastHub

FastHub Solutions Limited is a Tanzanian fintech and telecommunications infrastructure company, established in 2016, headquartered in Dar es Salaam with a branch office in Lusaka, Zambia. We operate a single-gateway platform for enterprise messaging (bulk SMS, SMPP and REST APIs, USSD and SMS shortcodes), Mobile Money payments, WhatsApp Business solutions, voice services, and dedicated internet access, serving enterprise clients from Tanzania. FastHub is licensed by the TCRA and approved by the Bank of Tanzania.

The Role

FastHub runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the Head of Operations runs the company's execution rhythm and, after probation, takes day-to-day management of the heads of Technology, Infrastructure, Sales & Marketing, and Compliance. You will:

• Chair the weekly leadership Level-10 meeting and run the company scorecard
  
• Track quarterly Rocks, cross-department projects, and follow through until actions close
  
• Monitor SLA achievement and coordinate customer-impacting escalations
  
• Oversee vendors and outsourced services against their contracts and SOPs
  
• Report weekly and monthly to the CEO, with defined approval authority in our ERP
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) and 5+ years in operations, programme, or project leadership — fintech, telecom, ISP, SaaS, or B2B technology preferred
  
• Experience running a structured operating cadence; direct EOS/Traction experience is an advantage
  
• Currently based in Kenya, with Nairobi-market operations experience; ready to relocate to Dar es Salaam
  
• Fluent, written and spoken, in both English and Kiswahili
  

Compensation

Gross monthly KES 250,000–350,000 plus a performance bonus tied to quarterly Rocks completion. Relocation to Dar es Salaam is required; the role is on-site, Monday to Saturday.
