The Financial & Data Analyst is a hybrid role that bridges the Finance and Operations functions of the organization. Sitting within the Finance team and reporting directly to the CFO, this position combines the rigour of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with the capability of a data analyst to deliver actionable, data-driven insights across the business.

A core element of this role is the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that serve all Country Managers, enabling regional leadership to monitor both financial performance and operational KPIs in real time. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who can translate complex data into clear business narratives.
